I been working with the JCA Foundation for several years and cannot express with words how meaningful the work of the foundation is. Mr. Archbell and his team have created an exceptional platform which provides less than advantaged children an opportunity to succeed. I have thoroughly enjoyed my time as a volunteer at the annual Kidz Kruz and always look forward to seeing the smiles on the children’s faces each year. The JCA Foundation is an extension of Mr. Archbell’s generous personality and I am happy to be a part it. Robert L Prodan II, President

The James C. Archbell Foundation holds a special place in my heart. Every Christmas The JCA Foundation takes hundreds of children from Hampton Roads on the Kids Cruise and allows many of them their first experience of shopping for presents for themselves and family members on there own. I am always so inspired after spending the day with these great kids because most of the time they spend all of their allotted money on their families instead of themselves. To me that’s what Christmas is all about!! I love the JCA Foundation and am very grateful to be a part of it! M. Benjamin Davenport-VB City Council
Thank you for supporting the second annual Chesapeake Masters Golf Tournament benefiting the Smart Start Chesapeake Early Learning & Literacy Program!
Smart Start Chesapeake levels the educational playing field for all children in Chesapeake and positions our City for future economic and workforce success in the region.
Because of your generous support and participation, we are able to continue operating seven Smart Start Learning Centers within the Chesapeake Public Library system and provide 2,500 literacy-based programs for more than 50,000 children in our City.
Thanks again for helping us make the Chesapeake Masters a huge success, and we hope we can count on your participation next year! With our warmest regards and gratitude,

Thank you for your very generous donation of sixty coats for the Union Mission. Your gift is a great blessing to the homeless and hurting men, women and children we serve in our shelters every day.
People come to the Mission when they are hungry, without hope and have nowhere else to turn. Each night we provide food, toiletries, a place to shower, clothing, and a safe place to sleep. Once physical needs are met we provide job and life skills training to help people to better care for themselves and their families. Most importantly we share the Gospel of Christ with each one and many lives are changed forever.
Thank you again for your kindness. May God bless you and your family as you have blessed us and those we serve. Sincerely,
Linda C. Jones

We cannot thank Mr. James Archbell, III and his team enough for his kind donation. Here are our wonderful students wearing their T-shirts that you bought. Thanks again for making the Special Games Event a very special day for them. Because of your kindness, each NHP special needs student felt like an “official Olympian!” Thanks again!
